Step 2: Bring Your Ideas

For your first design conversation, it helps to bring photos of the current space, inspiration photos, basic measurements, appliance information if it is a kitchen, a wish list, drawings or plans, your budget range, and questions. Do not worry if you do not have everything. We can help you figure out what is needed next.

Step 3: Showroom Consultation

At our Fairfield showroom, you can look at cabinetry, finishes, countertops, tile, flooring, hardware, and other materials. Seeing materials in person makes it easier to compare styles, colors, textures, and quality.

Step 4: Design and Planning

Melissa develops layout ideas, cabinetry plans, and finish direction based on your goals. We can use 3D design tools to help you visualize the space and make better decisions before work begins.

Step 5: Estimate, Timeline, and Selections

We help you understand the scope of work, product selections, budget considerations, ordering needs, and realistic timeline expectations. Good planning helps reduce surprises once the project is underway.

Step 6: Project Coordination

From expediting orders to supervising installation details, we help keep the project organized. Jim brings construction and carpentry experience to the job site, helping the design become a finished space.
